Croatia seeks taking part in prospecting for oil projects in Egypt

Egpt's Minister of Petroleum Sameh Fahmy met yesterday with Croatia's Deputy Foreign Minister, who is currently on a visit to Cairo, to discuss cooperation in oil and natural gas.
ΚΚΚ The ministers discussed views about the possibilities of information exchange and exchanges of technical personnel.
ΚΚΚ The Croatian side expressed enthusiasm over the international tender offered by the Ministry for the year 2002 with November 4 as a dead line, Fahmy said.
ΚΚΚ In a related development, Fahmy met with the chairman of the International Energy Council to discuss the challenges facing the oil and natural gas industries with regard to liberalizing the energy market, increasing private sector participation, and the need for price stability to boost help projects for sustainable development worldwide.
