Al-Anba: Mashakos negotiations discuss security arrangements
The Sudanese official daily al-Anba said yesterday that Khartoum provided a mission representing the African federation evidence that proves the involvement of Eritrea in battles in East Sudan at a time when, following a short holiday, the Sudanese peace negotiations were resumed by convening a workshop on the security and military arrangements.

Der Spiegel: Jordanian King does not rule out the return of monarchy to Iraq
The Jordanian King Abdullah II does not rule out that Iraq will be one day ruled by a member of the Hashamite family. In a press statement to the German daily Der Spiegel, he said that the American government will appoint a provisional government in Iraq under the leadership of an American army officer.

Moroccan parties ponder participation in government, Islamist moderate party not concerned
Several Moroccan parties said they are still pondering their participation in a government led by prime minister Driss Jettou who was appointed to the position on October 9 following elections held to chose 325 members of the House of representatives. While Islamist moderate party "PJD," which obtained 42 seats, said it is "not concerned" by such participation, the National Popular Movement party (MNP) has voiced "determination" to be part of the coming government.

Some 15 Israeli killed, 50 wounded in a Palestinian booby trapped car
The explosion which targeted an Israeli bus in Bardis Hanna area situated between the coastal city of al-Khudeira and Tel Aviv yesterday resulted in 15 killing and more than 50 were reported as wounded with many of them in critical health conditions.
