Khaddam discusses with Yunisi bilateral relations and the American threats

Syria's Vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam yesterday morning received Hijatul Islam and the Muslims, Ali Yunisi, the minister of security in the Islamic Republic of Iran and members of the accompanying delegation.
Discussions dealt with bilateral relations and the American threats against Iraq and the implications of any military action against Iraq on the region's security and stability.
In a similar meeting, the Syrian minister of defense Lt. Gen. Mustafa Tlass discussed with Yunisi developments in the region, in general and the Iraqi issue in particular.
Discussions also dealt with relations between the two countries and means of strengthening them in the service of Syria and Iran.
