Specialized network in manufacturing explosive discovered in Iraq

A specialized network in manufacturing explosives was found in the city of Suleimaneyah in the north of Iraq.
An official at the local authority said that the security forces arrested in one of Suleimaneyah's suburbs a network having explosives equipment and fuses for explosive and timers, all at a weight of 200 kg.
Worthy mentioning that Suleimaneyh city is situated within the area which is not under the Iraqi central control since 1991.
