Attempt by a Kuwaiti youth to blow off a residential complex for Americans, foiled

A young Kuwaiti ( 17 year old) called Abdul Mohsin al-Maqate' tried to cause explosiions and fires in a large residential area called "Alya and Ghalia" ( high and expensive) which is mainly inhabited by Americans and foreigners, situated in al-Manqaf area, 20 Km from the city of Kuwait.

Kuwaiti sources which run the residential complex said that the Kuwaiti youth arrived at 11 a.m. in the complex and parked his car near the car station and then headed for the supermarket of the complex and bought nothing and then into inside the complex wondering in confusion. A matter which raised the attention of the guards in the complex. The youth willingly admitted he has explosives in his care and then the police was summoned and he was arrested.
