Moussa: The Arabs have a say about matter such as attacking Iraq

The secretary general of the Arab League AL stressed following talks in Qatar on Monday that "no one Arab soldier will take part" in any American military action against Iraq.

He said that "all Arab states reject any military action against Iraq." Moussa's talks with the ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani and the foreign minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem al-Khaleifa dealt with the conditions in each of Iraq, Palestine and Sudan.

Mousa denied that "the Arab league and the Arab world to have been as just witnesses concerning the situation in Iraq and the American threats to direct a military attack." He explained that "the Arab diplomacy and the Arab League have their decisive role in Iraq's acceptance for the return back of the UN inspectors."
