Executive rules for land and real estate acquisition by Egyptians and Arab citizens

In compliance with President Mubarak's directives to streamline rules for land and real-estate acquisition by Egyptian and Arab citizens, the government issued the respective executive rules.

The executive rules are related to the acquisition of housing units, includes four detailed decrees on areas that can be acquired, reduction of registration fees and registration of contracts at the real-estate registration offices.
