Lebanese, Egyptian ministers held phone conversation

The Lebanese foreign minister Mahmoud Hammoud has discussed with his Egyptian counterpart the results of the Syrian, Egyptian and Libyan- Egyptian recent summits during a telephone call held between the two ministers on Thursday.
During the telephone conversation, the two ministers discussed current preparations for the Franchophonic summit due to be held in Beirut where foreign minister Ahmed Maher will represent President Mubarak to this summit. Maher will also take part in the preliminary meeting of the summit's foreign ministers due to be held on October 16 and 17.
