Djibouti for strengthening military cooperation with Italy

Djibouti's prime minister Muhammad Dalita on Wednesday discussed with the Italian defense minister Antonio Martino mean of consolidating military cooperation between Djibouti and Italy.
A joint statement issued in Rome on Wednesday said that the two sides reviewed main issues of concern to the African horn and means of supporting Djibouti to fighting all forms of terrorism so as to enhance stability and contribute to finding out peaceful solutions for conditions in this strategic area.
During the meeting, the Italian defense minister stressed that his country will continue to play an effective role in the African horn region.
