Ruler of Kuwait confers with Straw

Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah yesterday met with the British foreign office secretary Jacque Straw and members of the accompanying delegation.
The meeting was attended by the acting prime minister and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad.
