Message from al-Qathafi to the ruler of Qatar on Arab, international developments

The ruler of Qatar on Monday received a verbal message from the Libya's Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi on co-operation relations between the two states and means of supporting them as well as the development of conditions on the Arab and international arenas.
The message was conveyed by the secretary general of the Islamic call society Muhammad Ahmad al-Sharif who is the special envoy of the Libyan leader during his meeting with the ruler of Qatar in Doha.
