Iraqi- UN inspection team talks in Vienna

Iraqi talks with a team representing UN inspectors chaired by Hans Blix, the executive director of the UN inspection and monitoring commission on arrangements relating to the UN inspectors to Iraq starts today in Vienna.
The points the Iraqis will discuss with Blix will deal with the issue of settling communications, air and land transport and housing.
Last week Blix announced he expects the talks to continue in Vienna until next Wednesday and hopes that the team will start its mission in Iraq on October 15th.
On the other hand, Washington is drafting a new draft bill for the UN security council in co-operation with London provides for giving Baghdad a grace period of 7 days to accept the new resolution and to disclose all armament programs, according to diplomatic sources.
