Al-Hayat: Moussa warns against Israeli transfer of Palestinians

The secretary general of the Arab League (AL) Amr Moussa has warned against Israel's seizing the opportunity, with many detracted by the talk of a US attack on Iraq, in order to expel the Palestinians from their homeland. He indicated that the Israeli government of Ariel Sharon continues work to implement its plan to this effect; known as " Transfer."
In a statement to the London based al-Hayat daily in its Friday's issue Moussa stressed the importance of Iraq's agreement on the return of the UN inspection team to Iraq. He said that this Iraqi consent had changed the strategic position, and introduced a new element in the international diplomacy regarding ths issue.
