A diplomatic source at the American embassy in Qatar said that 600 American soldiers and army officers will be arriving in Doha by the end of October. The Czech President Vaclav Havel has ruled out achieving any benefit from a "separate and single" American military attack against Iraq. In a statement to the Czech "Malada Fronta" issued on Monday, Havel said that the military action against Iraq should be through what he described a vast international alliance. Go
