Syrian- Saudi joint venture chemical company

Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro on Sunday issued a decision for licensing the creation of a holding joint venture company under the name the Syrian- Saudi company for chemicals, with Aleppo as a headquarters.
The aim of the company is to install and invest the project of producing "Hydro Kloriksin Sodium" elements and other by products. The company is composed of two Syrian and Saudi Arabian establishments and its capital upon foundation is 375 million Syrian pounds.
