Israel and al-Wazzani river waters

The Israeli deputy defense minister for water affairs Nawah Gheinari arrived in the USA on Saturday, delegated by the Israeli government.
The Israeli Hebrew language radio said that Gheinari who was recently appointed to that post will hold in Washington talks on the waters of al-Hasbani and al-Wazzani rivers.
The radio indicated that the Israeli defense minister Benyamin Ben Eliezer held urgent and intensive contacts with the American officials and asked them to interfere in order to solve this water issue. Ben Eliezer also asked the Israeli military leaders not to make statements concerning the water issue and the situation in the northern area.
