Egypt: the US and former Soviet Union created the terror organizations

Egypt's Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher asserted on Thursday that any strike against Iraq would worsen hatred and anger feelings among Arabs and would eventually create unstable Middle East. He told Time magazine, that the former Soviet Union and the US are responsible for the formation of terrorist organizations in Afghanistan, pointing out that both countries provided such organizations with fund and weapons.
