Consensus on viewing time to political parties during electoral campaign
The meeting, held under the chairmanship of Moroccan minister of culture and communication, Mohamed Achaari, convened to grant to five political parties a 9 minute viewing time each and to ten parties a viewing time of 7 minutes. 45,000 American troops to be transported to Kuwait, Jordan next week
The sources said that the USA is redeploying some 60,000 American and British troops along the Kuwaiti - Iraqi borders, and 15,000 on the Jordanian - Iraqi borders, and other 30,000 troopers in the Kurdish area to the north of Iraq, so far 8,000 of them arrived through the Turkish territories.

Two Palestinians were shot on Friday by the Israeli army bullets in Jenin, in the West Bank.
