Marrakesh Hosts International Information Meeting on WTO Legal System

An international meeting of information on the legal system of the World Trade Organization (WTO) will be held in Marrakesh September 13 with the participation of several WTO experts and Arab states' representatives.

The awareness meeting aims to foster Arab states' commercial potential, to explain WTO adherence conditions, to present the basic principles and conventions for goods commercialization and set up of an equitable trade regime.

Participants in the encounter will also be informed on the organization's general framework and services, as well as the provisions of the agreement on intellectual property in trade, particularly as to conflict settlement in the framework of the WTO.
