Ruler of Qatar discusses ME development with Butaflika in a phone call

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Wednesday evening telephoned Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika. Discussions dealt with bilateral relations and current developments in the region.
