Israel: One way ticket for Arafat if he leaves

The spokesman for the Israeli prime minister Ranaan Ghesein announced on Monday that Israel will not permit the return back of the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat to the West Bank if he leaves it. Ghesein explained that Israel gives Arafat the option to leave but will prevent him from returning back.
Ghesein continued that the Palestinians hinted the participation of the chairman of the Palestinian authority in international conference and this is " the Israeli answer."
