Al- Quds: Donor states and the Palestinian authority

Al- Quds paper which is issued in the occupied Palestinian territories said that the representatives of the donor states asked a delegation representing the Palestinian Authority, during a meeting with the Quartet committee in Paris recently, to prepare qualification projects for the security elements so as to replace personnel working in the current security departments in the context of complete changes in the Palestinian security departments.

In its Monday's issue al- Quds said that Israel approved the request of the interior official in the Palestinian Authority Lt. Gen. Abdul Razzaq al-Yahya to deploy members from "Bader" movement which belong to the Palestinian Liberation Army in Jordan in order to impose security sovereignty on the areas from which Israel pulls out, noting that 100 members of these forces recently deployed into Bethlehem.

The paper unveiled that American security experts are currently in Bethlehem and they are supporting the Palestinian side in the work inside the city and train other members in Areiha.
