Message from Mubarak to Qathafi

LibyaÕs Leader of the Revolution Colonel Muammar al Qathafi will receive a message from President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt expressing congratulations on his behalf and on behalf of the Egyptian people on the 32nd anniversary of the Libyan September 31st revolution.
The message will be handed to Qathafi tomorrow by the Egyptian minister of electricity and waters Hassan Turab who will lead the Egyptian delegation to Libya. The celebrations to be held to that effect in Libya will be attended by several heads of states and leaders.
