Iraqi vice president in Beirut

The Iraqi vice president Taha Yassin Ramadan arrived on Thursday evening in Beirut carrying a message from the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein to the Lebanese President Emil Lahoud concerning the American threats against Iraq.
Ramadan is due to hold talks with the Lebanese officials dealing with bilateral relations, developments on the Arab arena and the UN sanctions imposed on the Iraqi people.
