US to convene a second meeting for Iraqi opposition
the US administration is preparing to convene a second plenary meeting for the Iraqi opposition groups in London that will concentrate on the provisional administration in Iraq, following a successful toppling the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, and will invite the Turkman to this meeting as a result of the Turkish pressures towards this matter.

Israeli forces violate Lebanese sovereignty, southern areas bombarded
Lebanese security sources said the Israelis fired 155 mm caliber shells against the southern outskirts of Burket al-Naqqar near Shebaa. The bombardment also targeted al-Saddanh mountain and coincided with heavy shelling at the eastern sides of Bastara farm from the Israeli positions in the occupied Shebaa farms.
