Hammoud, Kharazi discuss Lebanese- Iranian relations

The Lebanese foreign minister Mahmoud Hammoud had discussed with his Iranian counterpart in a telephone call on Tuesday bilateral relations between the two countries.
Sources at the Lebanese foreign ministry said that Hammoud and Kharazi also discussed conditions in the region and current contacts as well as the importance of uniting efforts so as to maintain security and stability in the region and consultation in preparations for the meetings of the UN General Assembly as well as convening bilateral meetings on the sideline of the UN GA next session with sides concerned.
