One Palestinian killed, destruction inflicted by the Israeli occupation of Toubas
Palestine-Israel, Military, 8/15/2002

The Palestinian Nasser Jarrar ( 44 year old) was killed when the Israeli tanks stormed into Toubas town to the south of Jenin, while the Israeli forces had demolished the house of Khaled Khalil al- Rajjoub from Douma village to the south of Hebron under the pretext of taking part in the operation carried out in Beer al-Sabe' and resulted in killing one Israeli police officer woman and wounding 18 settlers.

Palestinian sources said that the Israeli authorities launched campaigns of arrest that targeted many of the citizens of Deir Deyan in the West Bank and others in Gaza and expelled a Palestinian family from its house in Hebron in order to establish a military position on that site.

The Israeli position near Neve Dekalim was exposed to fire.
