The UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has joined the list of those who demand ignoring the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. In an interview with channel 10 of the Israeli TV, Annan said that "Arafat is isolated. A matter which practically means that it is not possible to make contacts with him.
