Annan joins the list ignoring Arafat

The UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has joined the list of those who demand ignoring the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat. In an interview with channel 10 of the Israeli TV, Annan said that "Arafat is isolated. A matter which practically means that it is not possible to make contacts with him. And therefore concentration should be made on other Palestinian figures."
In the interview which was held with him at the UN offices in New York, Annan said that the Israeli- Palestinian struggle at the top of the great threats to the world.
