King of Bahrain renews backing to Morocco's territorial integrity

King of Bahrain, Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, who started on Thursday a visit to Morocco said Bahrain stood firmly beside Morocco in its efforts to maintain sovereignty over its territories.
After he hailed and supported the agreement reached recently between Morocco and Spain (over the Moroccan Mediterranean Toura islet), the King of Bahrain hoped that this would lead to a frank and earnest dialogue to consolidate Moroccan-Spanish relations.
He also hoped the Moroccan-Spanish agreement would help start direct negotiations between Morocco and Spain to consolidate bilateral relations and reach a peaceful settlement to the crisis in accordance with the good neighborliness principle and shared interests of the two Mediterranean countries.
The monarch of Bahrain, who was welcomed at the airport by King Mohammed VI, praised the excellent level of Morocco-Qatar relations which are based on sound bases. He said "Our talks with our brother H.M. King Mohammed VI of Morocco," will consecrate "the affection and cooperation ties existing between the two countries and the two peoples,"
