Tunisia, Algeria follow Morocco's medal lead in Africa Junior Championships

Morocco ranked 1st in the medal board of the African Athletics Junior championships for zone I (north), held July 27-29 in Tunis, with 78 medals including 39 gold, 22 silver and 17 bronze.
Tunisia ranked second with 78 medals, including 23 gold, 30 silver and 34 bronze, while Algeria ranked third with 64 medals.
