A message from the ruler of Qatar to Blair

The British prime minister Tony Blair on Tuesday received a message from Amir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani.
The message which was delivered through diplomatic channels, pertains to bilateral relations between the two countries.
