Ruler of Qatar congratulates King Fahd on successful eye surgery

The Qatari news agency said on Tuesday that Amir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to Saudi Arabia's King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz on the occasion of the "successful surgery" in the king's right eye.
QatarÕs Heir Apparent Sheikh Jassem bin Hamad al-Thani and the prime minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khalifa al-Thani sent two similar cables to King Fahd who left the university hospital in Genera on Monday after he underwent a eye surgery to remove (white water) from his right eye.
