Rail al-Aam: Hammoud and attacking Iraq

The Lebanese foreign minister Mahmoud Hammoud has stressed that Lebanon, in its capacity as a chairman for the Arab summit, opposes any military attack against Iraq.
In a statement to the Kuwaiti daily Rail al-Aam ( the Public opinion) issued on Tuesday, Hammoud unveiled that contacts are continuous between the Kuwaiti and Iraqi sides in order to solve the issue of Kuwaiti prisoners. He expressed hope that these contacts will attain progress for a positive result.
