Foreigners continue to withdraw assets from Israel

The Israeli central bank said on Sunday that foreign investors withdrew sums at worth $ 152 million from Israel in June after they had already withdrew $ 149 million in May.
In the first 6 months of this year, 2002, foreigners invested $ 1.06 million in Israel, a decrease from a sum of $ 3,82 billion just one year earlier.
The Palestinian Intifada which has been continuous since almost two years resulted in foreign investors avoiding investment in Israel.
