A new Jordanian passport

The Jordanian cabinet has enacted a new "temporary" decision regarding the Jordanian passport, according to which the color of the passport has become blue for all Jordanians, regardless to the position of the person or the post he occupies.
A Jordanian source said that the law made a distinction between the Jordanians being state employees or former state employees as well as high ranking state officials while in service and after retirement. This distinction was settled just by writing the word "special" or "diplomat" inside the passport.
