Four Israeli settlers killed, three wounded in a Palestinian operation

The Israeli radio said on Friday said that four settlers were killed and others wounded when Palestinians opened fire at two Israeli cars to the southern East of Hebron. But the radio gave no further details about the incident. The Palestinian Intifada youth also opened fire at an Israeli patrol in Ramullah.
To this effect, the spokesman for the Israeli army said that the Palestinian operations so far has resulted in killing 577 Israeli settlers and military men since the eruption of the Palestinian Intifada on September 28, 2000.
