Omran confers with Iraqi press delegation

The Syrian minister of information Adnan Omran on Thursday met with an Iraqi press delegation led by the secretary of journalists Union in Iraq Raheem Mazyed. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Iraqi representation office in Damascus Rifaat al-Ani and the chairman of Syrian Journalists Union Saber Falhout. Talks also dealt with the importance of maintaining cooperation between the two countries in various media fields.
