President Mubarak conffered with the Libyan leader immediately upon his arrival to Cairo Sunday to take part in Egypt's celebrations of the Golden Jubilee of the July 23rd Revolution.

Answering a question on whether there is any hope to settle the Palestinian issue while Israeli Prime Minister is in power, Gaddafi said that the problem is not linked to somebody rather it is related to the Zionist plan itself seeking to seize all the Middle East.
