"This region has seen many wars and nobody wants more wars. There should be a formula whereby the Palestinians and Israelis return to negotiations to end the cycle of violence," Egypt's president Hosni Mubarak told the French daily Le Figaro yesterday. Mubarak warned that the Middle East was facing a "dialogue-or-war" choice.
