Algeria's PM wants final solution to Berber issue

Algeria's Prime Minister Ali Benflis reiterated Sunday his inclination to deal with all '' questions without exception" dealing with the Kabyle issue in the Berber region to reach a ''final solution," APS reported yesterday.
