Update: Spanish forces withdraw from Morocco's island

The Spanish government has withdrawn its forces from the Moroccan Toaura/Leila islet, announced the official spokesman of the Moroccan ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation Saturday evening.
"The Spanish government has withdrawn its forces from the Moroccan Taoura islet, named Leila islet, thanks to the successful contacts conducted by H.M. King Mohammed VI with the American administration," said the spokesman in a communiqu?.
"following the laudable good offices conducted by US secretary of state Colin Powell, the Moroccan and Spanish foreign ministers will hold a meeting on Monday July 22nd in Rabat," said the communique.
