Iraqi national council vows support for Saddam Hussein

The Iraqi national council has adopted a decision stressing firm stand under the leadership of the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. In a statement issued in conclusion of an urgent session, the council supports all measures taken and that are being taken by him to defend Iraq's security, independence and protection of " its national regime."
