Al-Jazeera: One armed Saudi citizen storms the Qatari consulate, surrenders

The Qatari TV satellite station al-Jazeera said that one Saudi was arrested on Thursday after entering into the Consulate of Qatar in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
Qatar's general consul Ibrahim al- Mgheisib told al-Jazeera that the incident which took place at 16.30 ( local time), ended calmly. The Qatari diplomat indicated that the said Saudi individual did not use his weapon during the incident.
He stressed that what the Saudi man did is not inteded against Qatar nor the Qatari consulate." The Qatari diplomat also refused to clarify reasons behind the incident.
