Pakistani official meets phosphates company ceo

Pakistani trade, industry and production minister Abdul Razak Dawood, who started on Wednesday a visit to Morocco, met in Casablanca on Thursday Chief Executive officer of Moroccan state owned phosphates company "OCP," Mourad Cherif.
The two men surveyed means to increase Moroccan phosphates exports to Pakistan.
On Wednesday, the Pakistani official chaired with Morocco's minister of trade, industry and mining, Mustapha Mansouri, the signing of a trade and economic cooperation agreement and a memorandum of understanding between the two countries' export promotion bodies.
The Pakistani official who is accompanied by a delegation of 15 businessmen met Moroccan prime minister, Abderrahmane Youssoufi, minister of foreign affairs and cooperation, Mohamed Benaissa, and the chairman of the Moroccan federation of chambers of commerce, industry and services.
His visit means to increase trade flows which stood at 583.3 million DH (US$ 50.6 million) in 2001.
