Limited cabinet reshuffle in Qatar

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Tuesday appointed Ali Bin Saad al-Kawari, a minister for municipality affairs and agriculture in succession to Ali Bin Muhammad al-Khater in a limited ministerial reshuffle.
The Qatari news agency said that Sheikh Hamad also appointed Muhammad Bin Issa Hamad al- Muhannadi as a minister of state for the Cabinet affairs in succession of al-Hawari.
