Qatar initially approved the GCC customs law

Qatar has initially approved the two laws of the united customs law of the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC members states, in implementation of the 22nd session of the higher council which was held in Oman in December, 2001.
In a press statement circulated on Sunday, the GCC secretary general Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad al-Ateyah said he had received a message from the Qatari Minister of Finance Youssef Hussein Kamal stating the consent of the Qatari cabinet, initially of the united law and its executive list and also to take necessary measures to this effect.
