Moussa confers with Oreikat

The secretary general of the Arab League Amr Moussa has discussed with the Palestinian local rule official in the Palestinian Authority Saeb Oreikat the deteriorated conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories as a result of the continued Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people and the speech made by the US President George Bush concerning the situation in the Middle East region.
In a statement following the meeting Oreikat said that President Bush's speech has not formed a plan, nor gave a mechanism to implementing its set item.
