Hawatmah and targeting the civilians

The Secretary General of the Democratic Front For the Liberation of Palestine Nayef Hawatmah said "we" want to convince the Palestinian movements to abide by rules to which committed are national liberation movements throughout the world. These rules, he said state not to attack civilians.
In a statement to the French magazine Marian published in its recent issue. Hawatmah added that Sharon should not have any means to invest the Israeli public opinion to serve the Israeli interests inside the Palestinian territories and also to convince the world public opinion to permit massacres against the Palestinian civilians in retaliation to terrorism targeting the Israeli civilians.
