Al-Kifah al-Arabi: Lebanese minister American warning to Syria, Lebanon regarding S. Lebanon

The Lebanese Minister of Information Ghazi Aridi has denied news that Lebanon has had received any American official warning rumored to be conveyed to Syria or Lebanon on the situation in south Lebanon.

In a statement to the Lebanese al-Kifah al-Arabi daily issued on Monday Aridi said there is no official American warning about any thing especially the recent information on an American warning conveyed to Syria and Lebanon. He explained "However, the message is clear through the Israeli campaign which bears clear flagrant dangers."

He said that if Lebanon will not be officially informed of warnings this does not mean they are not serious nor bear danger. He also said that Lebanon is dealing with these warnings on the ground that they are a systemic campaign by the fact that Lebanon has not given up to the American and Israeli conditions.
